  2. 2. Transfer it to your computer in order to edit it or to prepare it for diffusion
  3. 3. Create an account on Youtube (or Vimeo) and upload your film to your profile
  4. 4. Fill the entry form below and join the link of your video for pre-selection before April 15th, 2010
  5. 5. Watch all the preselected films on the Takavoir website from February 1st, 2010

What is TAKAVOIR?

The 1st edition of Takavoir will be one of the main cultural events of 2010 in Niort. For the first time, the City will welcome a film festival! And not just any kind of films! films made only with mobile phones! Film makers and viewers can come from all over the world. The festival is open to everyone!

The official award ceremony will take place at the Moulin du Roc, on May 8th, 2010, in presence of an exceptional jury made up of acting professionals such as Fréderic Proust (scriptwriter for Canal Plus), Michel Royer ( documentary maker, working with Karl Zero)…

Several awards will be distributed. The winner designated by the jury will get 1000 Euros.

The Theme of the Takavoir Festival 2010

This year is the that of the Festival Teciverdi in Niort. The thematic of the tree was therefore chosen as the creative frame to the first edition of the Takavoir Festival. This thematic will only apply to films inside the competition.

« TREE » is to be considered in the broad sense. We bank on the creativity of film makers to make this theme their own: trees of all natures (fruit trees, family trees…) will be welcome.
